Unarmed Security Guard Card Training

This course provides the required training for individuals seeking to work as unarmed security guards in Arizona. Designed to meet state requirements, the program delivers the essential knowledge, responsibilities, and standards expected of professional security personnel.

Certification & Renewal Eligibility

Upon successful completion, students will have the basic training required to qualify for an Arizona Unarmed Security Guard Card.

This course also satisfies the two-year renewal requirement, as the training curriculum for new and renewing officers is the same.

Course Requirements

To successfully complete the course, students must:

- Complete all lessons and required quizzes

- Pass the final examination with an average score of 70% or higher

- Complete the course within 90 days of starting

The course is divided into modules and must be completed in order. Training can be paused and resumed to fit your schedule.

- Training Verification Form

To complete the application process, students must also provide:

- Passport-style photo

- State or federal government-issued ID

- FBI-approved fingerprint card
